From streak-free interior windows for condos to certified rope-access teams for commercial facades, we clean glass without smudges, drips, or skipped corners.

Professional cleaner on facade of Kuala Lumpur high-rise tower
Packages

Four window programmes, picked to match how high you live or work

Interior residential

Inside-only glass, frames, sills, and tracks for condos and houses. Microfibre and rubber squeegee, no streaks, no drips on the floor.

External low-rise

Ground-level and first-floor external glass via extension pole and pure-water system. Common for shop-houses and small offices.

Mid-rise rope access

Certified abseil team for buildings up to 18 storeys. Full DOSH compliance, lifelines, and a ground-spotter for every visit.

Balcony & glazed parapet

Both faces of balcony glass cleaned safely from inside the unit using a folding squeegee — no rope access needed.

Method

How we get glass that doesn't streak

  • Dust frames and tracks before water touches glass — this is the step amateurs skip.
  • Two-bucket method on interior glass: one for soap, one for rinse.
  • Pure-water deionised system on external low-rise — spot-free drying without chemicals.
  • Edge buff with a separate microfibre to remove the squeegee line.
  • Polish frames and sills as part of the visit, not as an upsell.
  • No newspaper, no tissues, no ammonia near tinted film.
