Treat the crew like adults
Fair wage, paid sick days, EPF/SOCSO, structured training. We genuinely think this is the simplest reason our retention is 88%.

About FinEdgeFinEdge Pristine Sdn. Bhd. was founded in 2019 by Adila Suhaimi, a former hospitality operations lead who watched five-star hotel routines fail to translate into people's homes. We rebuilt the playbook for residential and commercial cleaning around accountability, fair employment, and obsessive attention to the bits other crews skip.
FinEdge began in a two-bedroom unit in Bangsar with three specialists, one Karcher vacuum, and a printed checklist taped to the back of the door. The brief was simple: serve thirty households for six months and listen to every complaint. By the end of that period, the checklist had quadrupled in length and the company had a waitlist of forty.
Today we operate from KL Sentral with 48 full-time crew members, two operations coordinators, and a quality lead who personally inspects 20% of weekly visits. We deliberately stayed away from the franchise model. Every specialist who knocks on your door is employed by us, paid above the industry mean, covered by SOCSO and EPF, and accountable to a team lead whose photo you'll see before the first appointment.
We are not the cheapest crew in Klang Valley. We are, we hope, the one you'll keep recommending without having to explain why.

No surprise surcharges. Anything added mid-job needs your written approval first. It happens roughly once a quarter.
If something is missed inside a 48-hour window, we return at no charge. Pride of work is more useful than an SLA clause.
We do not handle hoarding cleanup, biohazard, or pest fumigation. We'll refer you to specialists we trust if you ask.
Adila and the operations team still spend at least one day a fortnight on-site with crews. The standard isn't taught in a manual.
