Not at all. Most of our subscription clients hand us a key, lockbox code, or smart-lock guest PIN. Each crew lead carries a photo ID, and we operate under a written confidentiality agreement signed when you onboard.
Our default kit is fragrance-light and ECOLOGO/Green Seal certified where available. For homes with infants, asthma triggers, or pets, we switch to a plant-based line at no surcharge. You can also request unscented or hypoallergenic during onboarding.
We quote per square foot for deep cleans, then adjust for kitchen complexity, bathroom count, and post-renovation residue (cement, paint, varnish). A 1,200 sq ft 3BR condo deep clean typically lands between RM 480 and RM 720, all-in.
Yes — up to 24 hours before the scheduled slot, free of charge. Skipped visits inside that window are billed at 30% of the visit fee so we can honour the wages of the assigned crew. Frequent travellers tend to put their plan on pause for a calendar month at zero cost.
FinEdge carries public liability cover with a Malaysian-licensed insurer. Any accidental damage is logged on the spot, photographed, and reported to you the same day. Replacement is processed against a written incident report within ten working days.
We bring everything: HEPA vacuum, microfibre kit, mops, detergents, gloves, and consumables. The only thing we'd appreciate is access to your bin and a refill of dish-rinse if you have a preferred brand. Otherwise we're entirely self-contained.
For commercial accounts we ask for a three-month initial term so the crew can stabilise routines, key access, and zone ownership. After that, the contract converts to a rolling monthly arrangement with 30 days' written notice on either side.
