Your written scope is built around the specific floor plan, but every visit hits the items below as a baseline.

  • Empty bins, replace liners, sanitise exterior surfaces.
  • Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, spot-treat marks.
  • Wipe desks (where cleared), monitors, and keyboards on request.
  • Wash mugs and rinse the pantry sink — coffee corner reset.
  • Restock washroom consumables you supply (soap, towels, paper).
  • Sanitise washrooms: WCs, taps, mirrors, sanitary bins.
  • Wipe meeting-room tables, polish glass partitions.
  • Reception and entrance area swept, glass cleaned.
  • Lead signs a printed log and locks up to your spec.
  • Weekly photo report by WhatsApp to the appointed facilities contact.

Yes. Every crew member signs a master NDA at hire; we add a client-specific addendum if your procurement team requires it.

Can you handle a multi-floor tenant?

Our largest current account is six floors across two towers, supported by a dedicated supervisor. We scope crews accordingly.

What's the typical onboarding time?

Two weeks from contract signature for offices under 5,000 sq ft. Larger tenants run a three-week dry-run with a shadow crew.

How do you handle key control?

Either via biometric building access or tag-coded key storage at our KL Sentral office. Key movement is logged on every shift.

What about end-of-month invoicing?

Net-30 from invoice date, billed monthly in arrears. Statutory documents (Form B, e-Invoice, SST registration) are issued on request.
