Our two-stage method

Why one pass is never enough on a fresh renovation

Construction dust settles in waves. We deliver two visits, three to five days apart, included in the base price.

  1. Stage one — gross removal

    Vacuum heavy debris, scrape protective films, remove cement haze, scrub paint flecks off floors and frames.

  2. Stage two — fine settle

    Three to five days later, returning for the dust that re-emerges from AC vents and ceiling edges.

  3. Quality lead audit

    Lim, our quality lead, inspects 100% of post-renovation projects before final handover.

  4. Punchlist follow-up

    If you find anything within 7 days of completion, we return at no charge to fix it.

Surface specialties

What we know about specific surfaces after a renovation

Porcelain & ceramic tile

Mild-acid neutralising wash removes cement and grout haze without damaging the glaze. Sealed grout brightened with a pH-balanced brush pass.

Solid timber & engineered wood

Damp-cloth method only, low-residue cleaner, never a saturated mop. We protect the finish at the same time as we lift the dust.

Painted walls & ceilings

Soft-dust pass with anti-static cloth on emulsion, gentle sponge on satin. We do not over-wet freshly applied paint — especially within 28 days.

Glass & mirror

Scraper for cement spots, then microfibre with low-foam glass cleaner. Tracks and seals brushed clean before refit.

Stainless steel & chrome

Mild dish soap pass followed by dry buff. We don't use abrasive pads on brushed finishes.

Air-conditioning & vents

Filter vacuum, casing wipe, and a damp microfibre pass on louvres. Recommend a full AC service if dust was disturbed for more than a week.
