Every plan starts with this baseline. We then add extras tailored to your floor plan, finishes, and household routine.

  • Dust pass over surfaces, frames, picture rails, and skirting boards.
  • Floors: vacuum, then mop with surface-matched detergent.
  • Kitchen: countertops, splashback, hob exterior, sink polish.
  • Bathrooms: tiles, fixtures, mirrors, drains, dispenser refill.
  • Bins emptied, liners replaced, exterior wiped.
  • Bed-making and a fresh linen change if linens are provided.
  • Glass: interior windows, balcony glass, mirrors.
  • Spot check of switches, door handles, and remote controls.
  • Lead walkthrough at the end of the visit with the printed checklist.

Heavy-duty post-renovation

Structural mould requires specialist contractors. We'll refer you to one we trust.

Pest control / fumigation

Licensed pest operators are better placed for this. We can recommend partners in Klang Valley.

Outdoor pressure washing

Driveways, car porches, and external walls need a separate site assessment.

What if I need to skip a visit?

Cancellations 24 hours ahead are free. Inside 24 hours we charge 30% of the visit fee to honour the assigned crew's day.

Can I have a male or female lead specifically?

Yes — tell us at onboarding and we'll match accordingly. We don't ask why.

How do you handle keys or access?

We support lockboxes, building concierge handover, or smart-lock guest PINs. Physical keys are stored under tag-coded retention; the only people who see your address are the assigned lead and operations coordinator.

What if my home is dirtier than usual one week?

Tell the lead in advance and we either extend the visit (billed by half-hour) or focus the rotation on the heaviest zones. We don't surprise-bill you.
